The subscription

Essentials and Plus are monthly subscriptions for a website on your domain, review replies, and the updates described on the pricing page. Missed-call text-back is a separate monthly add-on. There is no setup fee and no minimum term. Hosting of the site we build is included while you stay subscribed. The registrar fee for a domain name is yours to pay. You own the domain.

How you pay

You pay on the pricing page. Card details are entered in Revolut’s secure checkout and processed by Revolut Business. We do not see or store your card number. The first successful payment starts a monthly subscription. Revolut saves the payment method and charges it each month until you cancel. If the checkout is not available, the button emails us and nothing is charged online.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time. Email contact@agazierobotics.com. There is no cancellation fee. You keep the service until the end of the month you have already paid for. After that we stop the work and the monthly charge. The domain stays yours, and we hand over the site files we built so someone else can host them.

Refunds

The fee for a month that has already started is not refunded, except where the law requires it. If a payment does not succeed, that subscription does not start and you are not charged for it. If we take a payment in error, email us and we will refund that payment.

The service

We do the work described for the plan you chose. Essentials is not a new design every month. We agree a start date once we have what we need from you: the domain, or help registering one in your name, photos, opening hours, and a short note on how you like to sound. Review replies begin once the listings are connected.
